Poor Choices, Sailor!

Depth charges are useless here. You can only drop these behind you, and the T-boats aren't there! You can try to fire your main guns, but these have to be aimed and fired manually using hand cranks. It's almost impossible to keep up with the fast moving torpedo boats. If you ever get a hit, however, it's a sure sinking! Torpedoes have little chance of success. The T-boats can change speed an direction too quickly. As well, the T-boats displace so little water that a torpedo might slide right underneath them.

Despite your gun fire the T-boats are moving in quickly. Your star shells light up the night. Suddenly you see the two T-boats make a sharp turn away from you. They are escaping!

What should you do?

A. Do nothing. The T-boats are escaping - likely because they have been hit. Allied planes can finish them off in the morning

B. Turn to Starboard to chase them. Get as many guns as possible to aim at them before they get away

C. Order full speed and prepare for an emergency turn to Port! But watch out for collisions with other ships!
