Congratulations, Corporal! You have passed your Service Flying Training. Prepare to be posted to Advanced Flight Training

You begin a five week course in Advanced Flight Training ( 5 weeks ). You will be flying the more advanced Oxford trainer. The Oxford trainer has much more complex instruments than the Anson, making it better suited to night flying and flying in poor visibility. It also has hydraulic powered controls, making the controls more sensitive - and more difficult to control - more like operational aircraft. As well, for the first time you will be training with aircrew - a gunner, a wireless operator, a bombadier, and a navigator.
