Lest We Forget

Over 45,000 Canadians died in World War Two, out of over one million
who served on our Armed Forces. There are major military cemeteries across
northern France, Belgium, the Netherlands and in Italy. Over 17,300 RCAF personnel
died in World War Two, including 4000 who lost their lives during training.
These individuals helped defend our freedom at the cost of their lives.

Every November 11th we honour their memory on Remembrance Day
