Service Flying Training School Test #1


 All right, recruit. It's time to see whether you were paying attention.
 Here are some of the steps of a successful take off. Put them in the
 correct order from pre-flight to achieving cruising altitude.

 1. Open the throttle fully to start the takeoff roll.

 2. Apply more right rudder to counteract "torque".

 3. Retract undercarriage and return flaps to neutral position.

 4 Pull back gently on the control wheel.

 5. Test engines in turn to ensure you have full power.

 6. Deploy flaps, elevator trim to a neutral position.
