Trench Test#4: How Much do you know about German Artillery

Newby: Do you know what to do when you hear each of these German shells,
or are you just going to stand there open-mouthed- and die!?

 1. This shell travels so fast and straight that if you hear it,
it has already missed you. Hits with a bang!

 2. You'll hear a sound like something ripping as it passes
high above you but this high explosive shell is headed far
behind your lines. Bad news for the reserve areas, not for
   you.

 3. This shell follows a slow lazy arc in the sky but it can blow
a ten foot deep crater in a trench. You get very little
   warning! Extremely dangerous!

 4. This shell makes a long, high arc in the sky. This gives
you time to take cover or run! It explodes with
   shrapnel flying in all directions
