They toss a burlap bag over his head, wrap some rope around it and then throw him in the training camp mud pit.As the officer sputters and thrashes about in the stinking mud you throw a few clumps of mud at him and call out "Here Piggy, Piggy, Piggy. Here's some nice mud for you!". All the pranksters cheer. Fortunately, this time no one got caught.
